If BIG jumbo eggs are on your menu, the 55 Flowery Hen needs to be in your coop! The 55 Flowery Hen breed hails from Sweden and is the most amazing reprentative of it’s parent stock, the White Leghorn and Rhode Island Red (We honestly think they’re an improvement on both of these breeds, especially in terms of appearance and temperament!). Where the 55 Flowery Hen might not be the first chicken to jump up into your lap, they are very VERY docile and even the roosters have little to no agression. They’re pretty much the best of the best in the white egger dept; showy good looks, easy going temperament PLUS lots and lots of huge white eggs!
*** Our first 55 Flowery Hen chicks will hatch around June 2026, but we strongly encourage pre-orders as our first year will have limited chicks available in this fabulous breed. ***
♥ Your “Straight Run” Chicks will be any combination of males and females, and typically start to reveal their genders at about 4 to 5 weeks old.
♥ This is a pre-order! Please allow up to 16 weeks for delivery (our average is 5 weeks though). Our shipping time frames are greatly affected by the weather, and we will only ship your chicks when the temperatures are safe. We will contact you 1 week before we ship your chicks so you are ready for them ♥
♥ Please contact us immediately if you will not be available to receive your chicks at our estimated time of delivery! If mailed, your chicks will need food and water after being in the mail for 2 days and they can perish if not picked up from your post office upon arrival.
♥ Your chickies will be between 1 to 5 weeks old, depending on the timing of delivery.
♥ 7 Chick minimum to ship & 3 Chick minimum for local pick up! Feel free to mix and match!
♥ Sex “Verified” chicks are typically closer to 5 weeks old, and are offered as available.
